Massage Area Buttons:

Select full, upper, or 

lower back to designate 

the area covered by the 

massage.  

Rolling Button:

In this mode the massagers 

move up and down the 

back but do not rotate. 

NOTE: Continuing to press 

and release the rolling button 

will move the massage heads 

closer or farther apart.

Spot Button:

While in shiatsu mode, press 

to keep the massagers in one 

place (while still rotating). Use 

the arrow buttons to adjust 

the position up or down.  

Neck Heat Button:

Press to activate heat in the 

neck area. The heat cannot 

be turned on if the neck

massage function is not 

activated.

Heat Button:

Press to activate heat in the 

back area. The heat cannot 

be turned on if the back

massage function is not 

activated. 

Shiatsu Button:

Press to turn the shiatsu

function on/off. 

Vibration Button:

Press to activate the seat 

vibration. 

Press again to

change from low to high

and a third time to shut 

off. 

Timer Button:

Press to set the massage time 

at 5, 10, or 15 minutes. 

Neck Button:

Press to activate neck 

massage. Press again to

reverse the rotation and

a third time to shut off. 

Use the arrow buttons to 

adjust the position up or 

down.

Power Button:

Press to turn the device on and off.

NOTE: When ON/OFF button is pressed for first-time use, the massage mechanism will

automatically  move  to  the  lowest  position  before  starting  a  massage  program.  The 

massage  mechanism  will  always  return  to  this  lowest  position  after  the  device  has 

been turned off (during this L.E.D. lights will blink). If electrical supply is interrupted, 

the mechanism will revert to the lowest position when power is restored.
