My i-Light® Pro
IPL system does
not start.
The system isn’t
connected
properly.
Make sure the power cord is properly con-
nected to the i-Light® Pro system and that
the power cord is plugged into an electrical
outlet on the wall.
The outlet isn’t
working.
Check if a wall switch controls the power to
the wall outlet, or try plugging another system
into the outlet and seeing if it works.

recycling or disposing of your i-Light® Pro base unit, hand piece or disposable cartridge.
