All the lights on
the system are
flashing and the
unit is beeping
constantly.
The treatment cap is
removed or not prop-
erly attached.
Check to ensure that the treatment
cap is properly attached to the HAND
PIECE. See steps 2-5 in “REPLACING
THE LAMP CARTRIDGE” on page
39 for instructions on how to check
that the treatment cap is properly
attached. When the treatment cap
is properly attached, you should hear
a “click” and the lights and audible
tones will stop.
I used the SKIN
TONE SENSOR
and it showed an
YELLOW light. I
can’t unlock the
system.
Your skin is too dark
(see the Skin Tone
Chart on Page 13).
You cannot use the system with your
Skin Tone. Please contact Customer
Service (see page 50) for help.
You didn’t use the
SKIN TONE SENSOR
correctly.
Try using the SKIN TONE SENSOR again
– refer to steps 2b-2f on page 27 for
instructions on using the SKIN TONE
SENSOR.
The SKIN TONE
SENSOR isn’t working.
