CHARGING
•
Before using your groomer for the first time, charge it for 4 hours. The
groomer will be fully charged in 4 hours.
•
Plug the adaptor into your groomer and then plug the charging adaptor
unit into a 100-240V domestic power outlet. Check to ensure that
the battery lock switch is in the unlocked position (left). The unit will
not charge if the switch is in the lock position. The fuel gauge will
illuminate to indicate that it is charging. When the battery is full the
fuel gauge will remain illuminated until disconnected from the power
outlet.

The battery cannot be overcharged, but it is recommend that charging
be discontinued and the groomer stored away if it will not be used for
an extended period of time (2-3 months).
•
To preserve the life of the battery, discharge it by running the groomer
until the blades move slowly. Switch off and recharge for 4 hours. Do
this every 6 months.
•
Use the groomer only with the charging adaptor supplied.
Endurance Lock
•
The groomer features an endurance lock which helps preserve battery
charge during storage.
•
To enable the endurance lock when the trimmer is not in use, slide the
endurance lock switch to the right.
