’s are generally not suitable for use with Live Steam locos.

1.
“BINDING”.
The 1st procedure is to “BIND” the Receiver (Rx) to the Transmitter (Tx).
Other Tx’s & Rx’s should be OFF.
“BINDING” is accomplished by following a few simple steps below.
When binding we recommend you
KEEP THE TX HANDPIECE AT LEAST ONE METRE FROM THE Rx.
HOW TO “BIND” USING AN RCS

Auto Bind receiver. ESC plugs into Ch # 1. (Pin # 2)
The following steps should be followed, to bind the Rx to your transmitter:
1)
Tx must be OFF. Then provide power to the Rx unit. After 8 seconds Rx LED flashes quickly.
2)
Ensure distance separation of 1 - 2 metres from receiver.
3)
Then press & hold Bind button & turn the Tx ON. Rx LED’s will go out. Tx will flash slowly.
4)
After 10-12 seconds the Rx will come back on for two flashes & then go solid on after 5 seconds.
5)
Solid Rx LED light ON means binding is completed.
6)
Turn Rx OFF then Back ON again.

PRESS & HOLD BIND THEN TURN Tx ON.

# Rx107-EM

# Rx107-TM
Auto Bind Rx, please refer to the instructions
supplied with them, for how to bind.
The EVO-S) Tx handpiece battery will eventually go flat if left switched on. The operating
program may be disrupted. In which case, the Ch # 1 centering on the EVO system Tx will need to be
reset;
HOW TO CENTER CH # 1 ON THE Tx HANDPIECES.
1.) Speed & Direction control is on the Ch # 1 knob. Set knob at the centre.
2.) Press the ON
– OFF button to turn the EVO ON. LED light will come ON.
3.) Within 60 seconds, press and hold the bind button for 20 seconds.
4.) After 20 seconds the EVO ON
– OFF LED light will go off.
5.) Release Bind button.
6.) LED light will come back ON. Centre reset is complete.
7.) Return knobs to operating settings.
ALWAYS COMPLETE THE ABOVE PROCEDURE WHEN REPLACING THE 9 VOLT BATTERY.
