We
recommend that
you
regularly
review the information contained in this manual. It is also essential to inspect and maintain the unit regularly to ensure maximum
safety.
APPROPRIATE CLOTHING AND PROTECTION:
Always wear protective accessories, such as:

Approved protective helmet. Article R431-1-3 of the Highway Code by
Decree No. 2016-1800 of 21 December 2016 requires the
wearing of a protective helmet in accordance with the regulations relating to personal protective equipment if the user is
less than
twelve years of age (this age is nevertheless lower than the minimum age required using this device)
. This helmet must be attached.

Long-sleeved clothing and long pants
·
Gloves
·
Lace-up shoes with rubber soles. Never drive barefoot or in sandals and make sure your laces are tied and kept away from the
wheels and drive system.
DRIVER USE AND PARENTAL CONTROL:
THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF THE USER MUST NOT exceed
120 Kg
.
This weight does not necessarily mean that the user is of the age or height required to use and control the scooter.
The recommended age for using the device is at least
14 years.
Any driver who cannot hold comfortably on the scooter should, in any
case, avoid using it. A parent's decision to let their child use the scooter should be based on their child's maturity, skills and ability to play
by the rules.
Do not touch the scooter's engine or brakes when operating it or directly after use as these parts can become extremely hot.
Keep the device out of reach of young children and remember that its use is intended only for people who are, at a minimum, fully
competent and comfortable when using this product.
DRIVING CONDITIONS AND PRACTICES:
- Be aware of and comply with local laws and regulations that may affect where electric scooters are allowed.
- Always drive carefully and safely: beware of obstacles that could block your wheels or force you to turn suddenly and cause you to lose
control. - Avoid pedestrians and other wheeled locomotion devices (skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller skates, hoverboards, etc.),
children or animals that could cross your path. Always respect the rights and property of others.
- Do not attempt or perform stunts or acrobatics with this electric scooter. This product is not designed to resist jumps, sidewalk edges
or any other form of waterfall.
- Hold the handlebar at all times with both hands. Never ride a scooter with more than one person.
Never drive near stairs or water (lake, river, swimming pool, etc.).
- Keep your fingers or other body parts away from the engine, steering system, wheels and all other moving parts. Never drive
with a mobile phone or earphones on.
- Never be towed by another vehicle or tow anyone or anything.
- Never immerse the scooter in water: electrical and transmission components could be damaged or generate dangerous
situations.
- Drive only on flat surfaces or on flat ground free of debris such as sand, dead leaves, stones or gravel.
- Water, mud, ice, uneven, uneven, slippery or rough surfaces could affect traction and contribute to a potential loss of control.
- Avoid excessive speeds during descents; they can lead to loss of control. Avoid driving at night or in areas of reduced visibility.
- Do not drive indoors on surfaces such as carpet or wooden floors.
Before each use, the user must carry out the basic checks provided by the manufacturer, and ensure that the protections are in the right
place and in good condition.
- People with the following disorders are asked not to use this scooter:

- Pregnant women
- People with headaches, back pain, neck pain or whose previous surgeries have affected these areas of the body.

of physical, sensory or mental abilities, if they are properly supervised or if instructions on the safe use of the equipment have
