• Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the (rechargeable)
batteries.
• Rechargeable batteries should be removed from the device if it is not
used for a long period of time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking
or damaged (rechargeable) batteries might cause acid burns when in
contact with skin, Therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle
corrupted (rechargeable) batteries.
• (Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not
leave (rechargeable) batteries lying around, as there is risk, that children
or pets swallow them.
• All (rechargeable) batteries should be replaced at the same time.
Mixing old and new (rechargeable) batteries in the device can lead to
(rechargeable) battery leakage and device damage.
• (Rechargeable) batteries must not be dismantled, short‑circuited or
thrown into fire. Never recharge non‑rechargeable batteries. There is a
risk of explosion!
• Consult a professional if you require assistance with product operation,
safety or connection.
• Maintenance work, adjustments and repairs may be carried out only by a
professional or at a specialist workshop.

Inserting / replacing batteries
• Unscrew the screw in the battery compartment cover on the rear side of the camera
and remove the cover.
• Insert 2 AA batteries (not included) observing correct polarity. Heed correct polarity
as indicated in the battery compartment.
• Close the battery compartment.
Replace the batteries once the red LED stops flashing or flashes just slightly.
Adjusting the camera
a) Adjusting the angle of the arm
• Loosen the screw of the arm joint.
• Adjust the angle as desired.
• Retighten the screw of the arm joint.
b) Rotating the camera around the longitudinal axis
• Remove the camera housing at the cylindrical joint from the arm by approx. 3 mm
and turn it to the desired position.
The cylindrical joint is automatically tightened by a spring.
In order to turn it, you must keep it extended the whole time.
• Let the camera housing lock back into the arm at the position of the cylindrical joint.
Installation
Adjust the camera prior to installation and position it on the installation
surface to check if the final result matches your requirements. Subsequent
modifications of a permanently installed camera are possible only to a
certain extent.
• Choose a suitable installation surface
• Mark the position of the mounting holes on the mounting surface, for example using
a pencil.
• Drill the mounting holes into the surface.
When drilling or tightening screws, make sure not to damage any cables,
wires or pipes located underneath the surface.
• Attach the product to the surface. If necessary, use the screws and wall plugs
provided.

This product is a dummy that resembles a functional surveillance camera and is
intended for use as deterrent in secluded and critical areas (e.g. driveways, entrance
areas, etc.). The product is suitable for indoor installation. Power is supplied via 2 AA
batteries (not included).
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this
product. If you use the product for purposes other than those described above, the
product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short
circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them for
future reference. Make this product available to third parties only together with its
