9 Exercising

Important:

Check that all nuts and bolts are securely fastened before using the product.

Place the product on a dry and even surface that can withstand the weight of
the product and any additional loads placed on it.

A non-slip mat is recommended for use.

9.1 General operation

If the workout computer module does not switch ON, the batteries may need to be replaced.

RECONDITIONS

Battery has been inserted and the product is fully assembled.

1. Place the product on the floor or table.

2. Adjust the pedal resistance level dial (clockwise = increase, anti-clockwise = decrease).

3. Press the RED button or begin cycling to switch the module ON.

4. Press the RED mode button repeatedly to toggle through modes. See section “Workout

computer module” for further information.

Activity tracking will automatically begin when you start pedalling.

9.2 Training the lower body

Important:

Always keep loose objects away from rotating pedals such as hair, clothing, neck-
laces etc.

1. Sit in a comfortable position. The computer module should be facing you.

2. Place your feet onto the pedals.

Adjust the foot straps if needed.

3. Cycle forward in a controlled motion.

9.3 Training the upper body

1. Sit in a comfortable position. The computer module should be facing you.

2. Grasp each pedal with your hands.

3. Cycle forward in a controlled motion.

10 Workout computer module

10.1 Functions

Press the RED button or begin cycling to switch the module ON.

Press and hold the RED button to reset all counters.

The module will automatically shut down if no activity is detected for approx. 3 mins.

10.2 Display modes

Press the RED button repeatedly to toggle through modes:

Between each mode there is a scanning mode (indicated by a flashing “SCAN” on the
display). In this mode the display will automatically switch through each mode.

sessions. Can only be reset by replacing the battery.

Estimated calorie consumption (calories) for the current
session.

In this mode the display will automatically switch through
each mode.

If the upper limit of a range has been reached the value will reset.

11 Cleaning and care

Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.

NOTICE! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solutions as they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.

12 Disposal

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accord-
ance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

Remove any inserted (rechargeable) batteries and dispose of them separately
from the product. You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to
return all used (rechargeable) batteries. Disposing of them in the household
waste is prohibited.

Contaminated (rechargeable) batteries are labeled with this symbol to indicate
that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the heavy
metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on (re-
chargeable) batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).

You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
