The earmold
1. Remove the earmold and tubing from the
hearing aids prior to cleaning
2. Clean the earmold using a mild soap, and
rinse with lukewarm water
3. After cleaning, dry earmolds thoroughly
and remove any residual water and debris
from the tubing utilizing a small blower and
wire loop.
NOTE: Your earmold tubing may become stiff, brittle or discolored over time. Contact your
hearing care professional regarding tube changes.
How to clean a metal hook
1.
Remove the earmold and tubing from the metal hook.
2.
Use a damp cloth to wipe the metal hook clean.
