Weigh the cylinder, checking that the weight corresponds to the total one foreseen and indicated on the
label.

On the total weight of the cylinder, only exceeding allowances of maximum 20 grams are allowed, because
only the minimum one is written on the label.
8.
Write the total weight effectively found on the label.
9.
Immerse the valve and the terminal part of the cylinder neck in a tub with water to check for leaks.
10.
Keep the parts mentioned above in water for at least two minutes in order to find possible leaks.
11.
If you find leaks, discharge the cylinder and repeat the procedure described above for replacing the
obturator.
12.
cylinders with content out of allowance must be refilled.
13.
Screw on the operative head keeping the valve still and applying a torque of 40 Nm. Fix the cap to the
body of the operative head with two turns of tape.
