Keep in mind that it may be necessary during
assembly and connection activities to access
the rear of the steam-shower cubicle. There-
fore, make sure in advance that the back of the
steam-shower cubicle is sufficiently accessible.
If not, it has to at least be possible to move the
steam-shower cubicle away from the wall.
Scents used for aroma therapy may be harmful
to the acrylate surfaces of the steam-shower
cubicle and may cause discoloration. There-
fore, only use the dedicated holder when you
make use of these substances. Line the holder
with some cotton wool or make-up pads and
add a few drops of aroma.
If you are not certain whether your physical
condition allows you to make use of the steam-
shower cubicle, make sure to contact your
physician.
Warranty
Term of the warranty
To submit a claim on the basis of warranty, this
is only possible IF:

The steam-shower cubicle has been in-
stalled by an official installer who has been
authorised by REVITAL BATHROOM
COMFORT.
-
The steam-shower cubicle has been used
and repaired according to the user manual
and the instructions by REVITAL BATH-
ROOM COMFORT and is in maintenance
with an official installer or service company
authorised by REVITAL BATHROOM
COMFORT, and if it has never been modi-
fied or repaired by a non-authorised in-
staller or service company.

The claim is addressed to REVITAL
BATHROOM COMFORT, including the
type number, the serial number, the instal-
lation date of the steam-shower cubicle, a
copy of the purchase bill, and an extensive
description of the claim (
service@revital-
bc.com
).

It is not obvious that the claim is the result
of wilful intent or negligence, for example if
repairs to the steam-shower cubicle were
not carried out in time or by an authorised
installer or service company.

The reason for the claim does not result
from the use of chemicals that have not
been recommended in the user manual of
the steam-shower cubicle.

The indication of the type number or serial
number of the steam-shower cubicle has
not been modified or made illegible.
-
The steam-shower cubicle has been used
for normal use in a normal household and
has, considering the circumstances, not
been used excessively.

The steam-shower cubicle is still in prime
condition, as it was on the day it was in-
stalled.
Extent of the warranty
REVITAL BATHROOM COMFORT will guar-
antee the durability of the steam-shower cubi-
cle delivered and the characteristics and dura-
bility of the materials used, as they have been
described or as may be expected of them un-
der normal conditions of use, as well as the
performance of the steam-shower cubicle ac-
cording to the applicable laws, regulations and
stipulations. The purchaser is to give REVITAL
BATHROOM COMFORT the opportunity to
examine the steam-shower cubicle in case the
problem cannot be solved by the installer, so
as to determine whether the warranty claim
can be granted.
Basic stipulations regarding the
warranty and the warranty term
The warranty only applies to a product of which
the owner is able to present the purchase bill
of the steam-shower cubicle.
Important!
In case of a water hardness exceeding 7 Ger-
man harness degrees, the user must take their
own precautions to prevent the harmful effects
of calcium. If that is the case, we recommend
frequent descaling of the steam generator. As
a result of this, REVITAL BATHROOM COM-
FORT will not be liable for any damage to the
steam-shower cubicle. The warranty only ap-
plies to damages occurring during the warranty
period, of which proof has been provided to
REVITAL BATHROOM COMFORT, and only
insofar as these damages - to the discretion of
REVITAL BATHROOM COMFORT - are at-
tributable to material and/or production faults. If
parts are exchanged on the basis of this war-
ranty, the defective parts concerned have to be
presented to REVITAL BATHROOM COM-
FORT. The warranty becomes null and void if
the purchaser or their legal successor has
made any modifications or repairs to the
steam-shower cubicle or if the steam-shower
cubicle has not been treated or used according
to the instructions in the user manual or in any
other unskilled manner, or if it has been used
for any other purposes than the normal house-
hold purposes described in the user manual.
Not included in the warranty are batteries and
all materials and parts that are not a part of the
product and mounted onto or in the product in
the factory.
