Preamble
Water pressure
Maximum 6 bar, minimum 2 bar. A pressure outside
the values prescribed will impair the functioning of the
machine. Where water hardness exceeds 10 dH°/17
fH°, it is recommended that the machine be operated
with a water softening cartridge with a bypass (such as
Brita Quell). The optimum overall hardness for coffee is
5 to 8 dH° (8 to 14 fH°).
Water quality
The water quality is an important factor in making a
good cup of coffee. Too much lime scale, or other fla-
vours, can significantly impair the quality of your cof-
fee products. We are at your disposal for any questions
you may have. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
