DAILY CLEANING
Cleaning program
Empty and clean the coffee grounds drawer. Then insert the
grounds drawer and confirm with the STOP button.
If a waste water tank is in use: Empty the waste water & refill
the fresh water container.
Hold down the CLEANING key for 5 seconds.
The message ADD TABLET appears.
Place 1 cleaning tablet (
57´002
or
57´082
) in the tablet slot an
press CLEANING key.
The cleaning programm of the coffee part will automatically
start.

Fill the cleaning container with 2 litres warm water and
60ml or 2 measuring cups Cappucleaner
(
57´045
or
57´084
)
.
** Release screw (1) completely untwist (ccw).
* P
ress CLEANING key and wait for the next display
message

Clean the container and fill it with 1 litre water.
*
Press CLEANING key
.
** Tighten the release screw (1) (cw) as far as it will go.
After a successful cleaning, the display shows READY.

Steps 5, 7, 8 and 9 are in use with the S400 R milk module only.

Steps 6 and 10 are additionally in use with a M milk solution only.
