EGAL RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer is not responsible for the machine's defects and the
damage caused by them, if at the time of sale, the condition of the available
technology and knowledge did not allow to predict their occurrence. The
manufacturer is also released from liability for defects and damages were
caused by applying the applicable legal norms.
It forbidden to use a foreign, not approved by the company F.P.U.H. Rexel
s.c. tools and incompatible materials, making changes to the machine and its
components.
Failure to comply with this rule equals with taking over the responsibility
for any damage related to the use of the machine, including consequential
damages.

ARRANTY
The parts made and installed by the manufacturer have a warranty for a
period of 12 months from the date of commissioning the equipment at the
recipient's plant, provided that it is used for its intended purpose, and that the
operating instructions issued by the manufacturer are observed. The warranty
covers making repairs or replacing, at the discretion of the manufacturer,
