SYSTEM SETTINGS
Language
Default setting: English
Set your preferred menu language.
Sound
Default setting: Medium
Change the volume of the device's sound effects.
Note
: This setting does not affect the captured audio
of your recordings.
Date
Set the time and date on your device. To enter the date and time, tap
on the value you want to change and use the - and + buttons to
adjust.
Note:
The date and time will be reset when using the Restore
Defaults function . Also, if the battery is fully discharged or removed
from the device, the time and date may be reset.
Format
Performing this operation will format the memory card,
clearing it of
all video files
. This will also place the playback software installer for
PC on the memory card.
Note: Locked videos will also be cleared
, so ensure you have
backed up your important footage before formatting the card.

In Video Recording Mode, you must first stop recording, which is done
by tapping the
Video Recording
icon. Press the

icon to open Video Settings. Tap the
System Settings
icon on
the bottom left.
