9.2 Measuring Compressor Amp Draw
9.2.1
Remove the Front Panel (section 8.10 ).
With the Compressor running:
9.2.2
Locate the BLACK wire
coming directly from the
Compressor.
9.2.3
Use an Amp Meter to
measure the Amps of the
BLACK wire.
With the Compressor running,
the running amps should
measure:
8.6 amps or below
for the BD4200W & BD4200WLP models.
3.9 or below
for the BD4202W & BD4202WLP models.
If the Compressor measures over the recommended running amps, see section
13.16 for troubleshooting information.

Reinstall the Front Panel (section 8.10 ).

with internal components as there is a potential for some these
components to become hot when in operation or standby.
