To access the rear of the vehicle, remove the Security Pin. Lift up the Lever as shown. The Rack will tilt forward. 

This is 

only to be done when bikes are not on the  Rack.

Note:

Check the Bikes do not cover/ block the 
Tail Lights and Licence Plate. An RBCA011 
(License Plate Holder) may be required to 
meet road and safety regulations in your 
state.
