Edge chamfering 

 

Rest the tool with the V-groove (on the front base plate) over the edge of the workpiece. 

 

Switch the tool on and allow it to run in full speed, then guide it along the edge. 

 

Carefully control the angle of the chamfer with both hands, maintain constant pressure 
against the workpiece. 

 

It is recommended to make a test chamfer with scrap wood. 

 

Grooving 

 

Draw a cutting line on the workpiece. 

 

Install the parallel guide (5) according to section 4.3.3. 

 

Rest the front part of the base plate flat on the workpiece surface. Switch the tool on and 
allow it to run in full speed. 

 

Move the tool with the parallel guide flush with the side of the workpiece. 

 
 
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

 

 

 

WARNING!  
Before any intervention on product, ensure that power is set to the “OFF” position 
and disconnect from main power source. 

 

Reminder: In order to maintain the machine in good working condition, carry out regular 
maintenance of the machine after each use and before storage. Any breach or inadequate 
maintenance reduces the life of the machine and increases the risk of breakdowns and accidents. 

 

6.1- Cleaning 

 

Before cleaning, turn off the tool and disconnect from power source. 

 

Clean the machine surface with a dry clean cloth. Do not use water or detergent for cleaning. 

 

Empty the dust bag. 

 

Follow section 4.3.2 to remove the discharge chute, then clean the cavity and remove any 
wood chips. 

 

Never immerse the machine in water or any liquids. 

 

Always keep the ventilation holes clean. 

 

6.2- Maintenance 

 

Drive belt replacement 

 

Replace the drive belt immediately if it is 
cracked or torn. 

 

Unscrew the 3 screws (p) from the tool, then 
remove the drive belt cover (9, m). 

 

Remove the old drive belt (n). 

 

Thoroughly clean the pulleys (o) before 
installing a new belt. 

 

Mount the new belt on the small pulley first, 
then rotate the large pulley clockwise while 
pushing the belt onto the large pulley. 

 

Restore the drive belt cover and tighten the 
screws.
