Never immerse the machine in water or any liquids.
6.2- Maintenance
Replacing battery
•
Replace battery as soon as the low battery indicator “
” appears.
•
Turn the function switch to “OFF” position and remove the test leads from the terminals.
•
Remove the back chassis by loosening 2 screws with a suitable screwdriver.
•
Replace with a new battery.
•
Restore the back chassis.
Replacing fuses
•
Turn the function switch to “OFF” position and remove the test leads from the terminals.
•
Remove the back chassis by loosening 2 screws with a suitable screwdriver.
•
Refer to Table 1 for fuse specification.
•
Replace with new fuse.
•
Restore the back chassis.
6.3- Storage
•
Clean the product before storage.
•
For prolonged storage, remove the battery from the meter.
•
Keep product, instruction manual and accessories (if any) in the original packaging.
•
Store the product in a clean environment, where is not freezing or too hot (exceed 50 ̊C).
•
Keep out of reach of children (e.g. lock it up).
6.4- Disposal
•
Do not dispose with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment.
•
Dispose of the product in a collecte centre for waste of electrical and electronic equipment,
or a waste drop-off centre; or seek advice from your local municipality.
•
Proceed with disposal of the tool, accessories and packaging according to local regulations
regarding the protection of the environment.
