III. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and all instructions.
Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.

Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to
your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
3.1- Symbols
Do not expose to weather conditions (ex.: storm, rain, snow …) or moisture.
Do not use in damp or wet areas.
Caution! Risk of injury and/or damage and/or deterioration of product in case of
non-compliance to safety requirements
Read the instructions manual.
Wear protective equipment: breathing face mask, ear and goggles protection
Wear protective gloves and boots.
Do not direct towards or aim to face or eyes (of persons and animals)
Do not use close to naked flame.
Do not smoke.
Keep persons (esp. children) and animals away from product and working area
Remove the battery before making any maintenance operation, making any adjustments;
cleaning or intervention on the product; or when product is not in use.
Do not use the machine at temperature above 40 ºC. Store the battery between -20°C et 50°C
Do not dispose of this product with household rubbish. Dispose of this product in the nearest
recycle centre. Please contact your local authority or local recycle centre for further
information for its safe disposal.

eneral power tool safety warnings
3.2.1- Work area safety
a) Keep work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust.
Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you
to lose control.
3.2.2- Electrical safety
a) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
b) Do not abuse the charger cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the
