3. Spraying materials are dispensed from the spray nozzle under high pressure. Under no
circumstances should the Spray Gun be pointed towards humans or animals.
4. The Spray Gun must only be used with paints or solvents with a minimum flashpoint of 32°C.
5. When using the Spray Gun indoors ensure that effective ventilation is maintained.
6. Never use the Spray Gun near a naked flame and/or sparks.
7. Do not smoke, eat or drink when using the Spray Gun.
8. Inhalation or ingestion of sprayed particles can be hazardous.
Always wear approved personal protective equipment (e.g. face mask with replaceable filters.)
In the event of inhalation or ingestion, seek medical assistance immediately.
9. Protect the environment. Do not spray in the vicinity of water (e.g. lakes, rivers, reservoirs,…).
10. Caution!
- Never operate an empty spray gun. Pressure may cause injuries to people and animals.
Never block the nozzle of the spray gun using your body or a body part. The high exit pressure may
cause serious injuries.
- Never allow paint to dry in the gun or the container! Dry paint residues will prevent the spray gun
and nozzle from working properly and will void the guarantee.
- Never use liquids containing solids with this device, for example, liquids with a high fibre or
particle content, metallic paints, fire-proof paints or liquids containing asbestos particles.
- Do not use highly flammable liquids. Always ensure that your surroundings are well ventilated!
Always observe the packaging information provided by the manufacture of the materials you are
using!
- Never use the spray gun outdoors when it is raining or windy! When using the spray gun, you must
wear a breathing mask, goggles and ear defenders.
- When interrupting or finishing work, always unplug the device from the power supply to ensure that
it cannot be switched on unintentionally
- Only use three-core extension cables!
- Only connect the device to the power supply or extension cable using a grounded plug.
- Do not dismantle the device yourself! This could cause injury!
- During the spraying process, try to keep the device horizontal in order to prevent the liquid from
leaking! If liquids come into contact with internal cables and contacts this may cause an electric
shock!
- After use, clean the device thoroughly. Oil after use to ensure the device continues to function
correctly.
DANGER!
- Risk of explosion or fire when painting or thinning! This could cause injury and
serious damage. Ensure there are no potential sources of ignition in the area, such as
sparks, naked flames, lighters and cigarettes.
- Paints and thinners may have a toxic effect if inhaled! This may cause dizziness,
fainting or other types of poisoning!
CAUTION! In the event of injury, immediately consult an appropriate doctor.
IV. GETTING STARTED
Before any intervention on product, ensure that switch is on the “OFF” position
and that the battery is disconnected.
