Step 3 - Motor Position Installation:
• Insert the key and open the manual release bar to put the motor into manual mode, and check that
the motor cog rotates freely by hand (As per Fig 16).
• Place the motor and motor mounting plate on the concrete pad.
•
Make sure the distance between the gate motor cog and gear rack position are aligned (see Fig 04).
• Mark all four corners of the mounting plate on the concrete pad using a pencil, chalk or similar, to
ensure the mounting plate is in the correct position before drilling.
• Remove motor from the mounting plate.
