4.1.12 RAM DUMP (FUNCTION 06)

4.1.13 RAM CLEAR (FUNCTION 07)
1. Enter the fax service mode.

– Initializes the data in the SRAM, files in the SAF memory, and the clock.

– Erases all the files stored in the SAF memory.

– Resets the bit switches and the user parameters.

– Initializes the data in the SRAM and files in the SAF memory.
The machine automatically returns to standby mode after
self-initialization.
To initialize the fax unit without erasing files or resetting the bit switches, do one of
the following:
•
Hold down the “Speed Dial” key for more than 10 s, while the machine is in
facsimile mode. This initializes the fax unit only.
•
Remove the rear cover, and press SW2 on the FCU. This initializes the fax unit
only.
•
Turn off the main power and operation switches and turn them back on. This
initializes the whole machine.
