Options
The network system administrator can confirm whether a sent mail has been received correctly or not. This function is
enabled only when "I-FAX switch 02 Bit 4" is set to "1". This confirmation is done in four steps.

Send request for confirmation of mail reception. To enable or disable this request (known as MDN):

Mail reception (receive confirmation request)

Send confirmation of mail reception

Receive confirmation of mail reception
The other party's machine will not respond to the request unless the two conditions below are met:
The other party's machine must be set up to respond to the confirmation request.
The other party's machine must support MDN (Message Disposition Notification).
