You can save up to ten frequently used settings and assign the
settings to

of the mode dial so that you can easily use
the settings for shooting.
The following settings can be saved.
You can save up to ten settings.

Set the exposure mode and all the necessary
settings to save.

Select [Save User Mode Settings] in the

menu and press

.
The [Save User Mode Settings] screen appears.

Select a box from [BOX1]
to [BOX10], and press

Select whether to enter the box name and press

.
When [Cancel] is selected, proceed to Step 7.
When [Enter Name] is selected, the text-entry screen
appears.

Enter the box name.
Up to 32 single-byte
alphanumeric characters and
symbols can be entered.

settings are saved are used as the box name.
• To change the box name, select [Rename User Mode] in the

• To reset the saved settings, select [Reset User Mode
