MaxDuty Swivel series multifunctional swivel head riveter is a highly versatile riveter. It is designed to fasten
rivets, rivet nuts and rivet studs and the head could rotate 360 degrees for easy riveting in odd angle application.
MaxDuty Swivel tools feature QuickSwitch with 3 steps dismount and 3 steps assembly for functional changes
and the extended nose design allows it to reach into deep work piece. MaxDuty Swivel tools are capable
fastening both metric and SAE with corresponding accessories.
Read instructions carefully before operating riveter and save them for future reference.

Wear safety glasses when operating tool.

Watch out for potential hazards such as electrical wires.

Do not over reach so as to cause loss of balance or loss of secure footing.
Fastening Rivet:

1.
Select nosepiece for the size of blind rivets to be used.
2.
Install the accessories as illustrated in
Figure 1
. Secure the accessories with correct rotation as indicated
below each of the accessories.
3.
Remove and replace nosepiece with wrench.
4.
Insert rivet into tool while handles are open. You may also install the rivet into the work piece first.
5.
Position tool for operation.
6.
Squeeze the handles. Multiple strokes may be required for longer rivets.
7.
When handles are released rivet stem will be automatically released. Discard/recycle the rivet stem.
