CONNECTING THE RECIRCULATION KIT

Live electrical equipment!
Proceed as follows to connect up the thermostatic DHW
mixer recirculation accessory.

Shut off the water flow by closing the cold water inlet
ball valve (1) and the hot water outlet ball valve (2).

Remove the 1” F plug (3) from the DHW mixer.

Install the recirculation accessory and tighten the wa-
tertight fitting.

Connect the recirculation pump to a 230 Vac 50-60 Hz
power supply.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
The accessory must be installed and all electrical con-
nections made by suitably qualified personnel in confor-
mity to applicable standards.
Proceed as follows to connect the power cable to the
pump’s power terminals.
- Unscrew the pump cover retaining screw.
- Remove the pump cover.
- Insert the cable through the cable guide.
- Connect the wires to the terminals.
- Fit the pump cover.
- Tighten the pump cover retaining screw.
Connect the pump’s power cable to a fused, two-pole
switch (power supply 230 VAC, 50-60 Hz).
The system must be correctly connected to ground.

The controller must be connected to the mains po-
wer supply via an earth leakage breaker in accor-
dance with applicable standards. Correct functio-
ning is only guaranteed provided the controller is
used with the pump for which it is designed. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the
consequences of improper uses.
