Removing the nozzles
Necessary for the operation within area B) of the Fig. 2 on
page 10.
extract the internal part of the combustion head as described
in paragraph “
unscrew screws 1)(Fig. 22) and nuts 2);
extract the restrictor 3);
unscrew the nozzles 4) at the front of the head;
replace the restrictor 3).
5.9
Combustion head adjustment
The adjustment of the combustion head depends only on the
maximum output of the burner.
Turn the screw 5)(Fig. 23) until the notch indicated by the dia-
gram (Fig. 24) corresponds with the front part of the flange 6).
Example:
Burner maximum output = 900 kW.
From the diagram (Fig. 24) it shows that for this output, the ad-
justment of the combustion head is carried out on the notch 3
(Fig. 23).
