6.3
Opening the burner
To open the burner proceed as follows:
remove screws 1)(Fig. 49) and withdraw the cover 2);
disconnect the swirler joint 7) to the graduate sector;
remove screw 3) and pull the burner back on slide bars 4) by
about 4”;
disconnect the electrode wires and then pull the burner com-
pletely back;
unscrew the screw 6) and extract the inner part 5).
6.4
Closing the burner
To close the burner proceed as follows:
push the burner 13)(Fig. 49) at approximately 4” from the elec-
trical board 14);
insert the ignition electrode cables and then slide the burner
up to the sleeve so that it is positioned as shown in Fig. 49;
secure the burner to the sleeve by tightening screw 3);
reconnect the swirler joint 7).
DANGER
Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner by
means of the main system switch.
DANGER
Close the fuel interception tap.
Wait for the components in contact with heat sourc-
es to cool down completely.

WARNING
When fitting the burner on the two slide bars, it is
advisable to gently draw out the high tension cables
until they are slightly stretched.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or check-
ing operations, reassemble the hood and all the
safety and protection devices of the burner.
