Servomotor (SQM33...)
Warnings
All interventions (assembly and installation operations,
assistance, etc.) must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Before modifying the wiring in the connection area, fully dis-
connect the burner control device from the power supply
(omnipolar separation).
To avoid the risk of electrocution, protect the connection ter-
minals in a suitable manner and correctly fix the cover.
Check the wiring is in order.
Falls and collisions can negatively affect the safety func-
tions. In this case, the unit must not be operated, even if it
displays no evident damage.
Assembly notes
•
Check the relevant national safety standards are respected.
•
The connection between the actuator command shaft and the
control element must be rigid, without any mechanical play.
•
During the assembly of the servomotor, make sure that the ra-
dial and thrust loads acting on the bearing are not exceeded.
•
When installing the servomotor to the control elements, proceed
as follows:
1 - Assemble and fix the servomotor.
2 - Connect the drive shaft of the servomotor by means of a lug.
Installation notes
•
Arrange the H.V. ignition cables separately, as far as possi-
ble from the control box and the other cables.
•
The holding torque is reduced when the servomotor is dis-
connected from the mains.
