Chapter 3
Application Instances
This chapter provides the application instances of the SCPI commands. The main functions of the signal
generator can be realized through a series of SCPI commands.
Note:
1.
The instances in this chapter take DG992 as an example. The range of certain parameters for other
models may be different. Therefore, you need to adjust the parameter range for the model that you
use if necessary.
2.
Before using the instances in this chapter, please select the desired communication interface (USB,
LAN, or GPIB) and make correct connections (refer to descriptions in Build Remote
Communication). In addition, you have to install Ultra Sigma or other PC software that can be used
to send commands.
3.
In each instance, every command is followed by contents enclosed by two slashes ("/*" and "*/").
They are the descriptions of the command and not part of the command, which help you understand
the command better.
