AiM 115 wall-mounted condensing boiler
Condensing wall hung boiler heating only
Hydraulic circuit exchanger/ fumes made with pipes flattened
wrapped in two circular spirals, lower with function of
combustion chamber and condenser top, connected between
them by means of hydraulic manifolds and deflectors to
convey correctly the products of combustion in the path of
heat exchange.
Bluejet premix burner with constant excess air and continuous
modulation in cylindrical shape in steel.
Modulating gas valve for natural gas (G20), fan modulating
connected managed by the electronic board with display of
the number of fan revolutions directly from the display placed
on the machine. The number of revolutions of the fan varies
according to the required power of the boiler card to have a
power modulation range 1: 5.
Supplied with Siemens electronic control card advanced type
with microprocessor for:
•
control of all boiler functions to ensure maximum operating
safety;
•
continuous control of the power modulation during the
combustion;
•
operation with climatic compensation with outside
temperature (optional);
•
electronics expandable through interface with further
adjustments and secondary circuits;
•
anti-legionella function;
•
antifreeze function;
•
integrated domestic hot water priority function;
•
control panel with multifunction display, indication of
operating temperatures and fault codes;
•
possibility of interfacing with room thermostat (optional);
•
flue gas temperature probe to check the operation of the
generator.
The flow and return temperature sensors are monitored from
the main electronic board and manage the power of the
heat generator based on the actual temperature difference
detected.
The pressure control of the primary circuit is carried out via
digital pressure switch with protection function in case of low
pressure.
The heat generator is also equipped with:
•
external pump with anti-seize function;
•
possibility of connection to an external boiler for the
production of domestic hot water by means of a three-way
valve (optional) or secondary pump (optional);
•
powder coated steel sheet casing.
