4. To change the host name, click the “Names” button, then change the host name in
the “Hostname” menu.
Note
At the time of shipment, “KL-04-xxxx” (xxxx is the last four
digits of the serial number) is set up as the host name.
When a change of host name is required, fi rst input all the Network
settings then logout. After this, turn the Power switch on the back
of the unit OFF. After ensuring the power is fully OFF, turn the
POWER switch ON.
5. Click on the “Interfaces” button to change this unit’s previously registered ad-
dress.
6. Select “eth0” from the list then click the “Edit” button.
The “Edit Ethernet/Bus Interface” window appears.
7. Input an IP address to the “IP” space and Netmask to the “Netmask” space then
click the “Done” button.
The “Edit Ethernet/Bus Interface” window closes.
Note
At the time of shipment, a random IP address is set up.
Please contact a system administrator for an IP address and Net-
mask.
