Operator Management
KL-04 - Operator Management Window
The each item description on the “KL-04 - Operator Management” window is as follows:
Operator:
Select an operator (displayed with “Login name” + “Full name”) in order
to display the setting details on the “KL-04 - Operator Management”
window. The operator name will be displayed on the result screens of the
Calibration, Performance-Test or Measurement, or on their printouts.
Login name: The operator’s Login name is displayed.
Full name:
The operator’s Full name is displayed. When an operator authorized
for “Management Tasks” is logged in, change is permitted within 30
letters / fi gures.
The “Full name” together with the “Login name” will be displayed on
the result screens of Calibration, Performance-Test or Measurement
and the printouts. The Login name is short with less than 8 letters /
fi gures. The “Full name” entry will enable the easy identifi cation of
individual operators.
Password:
Select the appropriate item(s) from the list shown by clicking on the
items displayed on the right hand side. This feature is only accessible
to authorized operators with access to “Change Other Operator’s Pass-
word”.
Note
Right-click on the item names to change the displayed item.
Preserve:
Select this when no password change is required.
Clear:
Select this to clear the password, for incidents such as forgetting your
password.
Disable Login:
Select this to forbid logins for specifi ed operators etc.
