When the fuse has blown
Important
If the fuse has blown, an internal defect of the
unit is the most likely cause. Contact the sup-
plier as soon as possible to have the unit
checked.
If you need to use the unit immediately for a measurement, replace the blown
fuse and make the measurement, but have the unit checked as early as possible
by the supplier. If the second fuse blows again, do not use the unit any further.
Fuse replacement
The fuse is contained in the FUSE holder on the rear panel. Open the holder by
turning it counterclockwise and remove the fuse.
CAUTION
Before replacing the fuse, turn off the power
at the KS-93 and the power supply unit
KZ-50 and disconnect the DC cable that
links the KS-93 to the KZ-50.
Important
Replace the fuse only with the supplied spare
fuse. If there are no more spare fuses, be sure
to contact the supplier. Correct operation with
other fuses is not assured.
