Duress disarming:
If you are ever coerced into disarming your system, you can comply with the
intruder's wishes while sending a silent duress alarm to the Central Station. To do
so, you must use a special duress code, which when used, will disarm the system
in the regular manner, while simultaneously transmitting the duress alarm. To use
a duress code, add 1 to the last digit of your user code, as shown in the table
below:

Note:
Under no circumstances must the duress code be used haphazardly or without reason.
Central Stations, along with Police Departments, treat duress codes very seriously and take
immediate action.
Silencing an Alarm:
When silencing an alarm the system goes into a disarm state. The
Agility
will
indicate information regarding the cause of the alarm.
To disarm using
Procedure
Press
. All the partitions assigned to the 2-way remote control
code will be disarmed.
Note:
If the Quick Disarming option is disabled for the bi-directional remote
control you must enter the remote control PIN code after pressing the
key.
Press
followed by your user code
or
hold your proximity
tag for 2 seconds from a distance of 1-2 cm from the center of the
keypad's door until audible confirmation sound is heard. The system
will announce the disarmed partitions
Press
and then enter your user code.
Press the
Ð
button. All partitions assigned to the button will be
disarmed.
Note
: If an alarm occurred in the system, it is recommended to leave the premises. Only after police
investigation should you consider that the burglar is no longer on your premises and you can re-enter.
In special cases (if programmed by your installer) arming the system after an alarm might require a
technician code. For more information refer to your installer.
