CHAPTER 7: PAPER EJECTION SECTION
3. Paper Ejection Motor
REMOVAL
) Turn OFF the machine power, and remove following parts.
Paper ejection cover (M3x6 screws; 2 pcs)
Suction unit (M3x6 screws; 2 pcs)
2) Detach the left and right Paper ejection wings. (Thumb screws; each)
3) Unhook the Timing belt from the motor.
4) Remove the Driven shaft assembly.
5) Detach the Suction face cover. (M3x6 screws; 4 pcs)
6) Unplug the wire harness connector of the Paper ejection motor.
7) Remove the mounting screws of the Paper ejection motor and detach the motor. (M3x5 screws; 2
pcs)
Precaution in Assembly
) Make sure that the joint portion of the wire band to go around the Paper ejection motor should
face the bottom of the unit (on the Suction fan side), as shown on the last photograph.
