Copying/Moving Stored Data
Data can be copied or moved between the Storage Memory and the USB Flash Drive.
This is useful for performing backup or when the remaining free space of the Storage Memory or USB Flash Drive is
limited.
Note:
• It is not possible to copy/move data within the Storage Memory or USB Flash Drive.
• The original data stored in the USB Flash Drive can be organized or managed by a computer using the “RISO Util-
ity Software” (RISO USB PRINT MANAGER) included in the provided CD-ROM. For details, see the “RISO Utility
Software User’s Guide” (CD-ROM).
• The
[ID Print Job]
is maintained even if it is copied or moved
The procedure for copying/moving data from the Storage Memory to the USB Flash Drive is explained here.

Confirm that the USB Flash Drive
that will store the data is connected.
If the USB Flash Drive is not connected, connect
the USB Flash Drive to the USB slot.

Touch [Storage Memory] on the
Functions Screen.

Flash Drive to the Storage Memory, touch
