0 = Emergency / 1 = Only Alarm
This sets the required response of the con-
trol valve in the event of a leak:
Emergency:
The valve closes completely in the event of
a leak. The fans are switched off for ap-
proximately 25 seconds. If the mean of the
server inlet or server outlet temperature is
subsequently invalid, the fans will operate
at 100% speed. If both temperature values
are valid, the Liquid Cooling Package will
continue to control the fans in the previ-
ously set operating mode.
Only Alarm:
Only an alarm message is sent in the event
of a leak. If the mean of the server inlet or
server outlet temperature is subsequently
invalid, the fans will operate at 100%
speed. The control valve will also open
completely (100%).
If both temperature values are valid, the
Liquid Cooling Package will continue to
control the fans in the previously set oper-
ating mode.
The settings for the "Command" variables
for the fans (Full, Minimum or Off) are ac-
cepted in both modes.
FanMode

1
0 = Mean / 1 = MaxTemp
This setting allows you to determine
whether the fans in "Automatic" mode are
controlled via the mean of the server outlet
temperature (value "0") or via the maxi-
mum value (value "1").
WaterTemp
0
1
0 = Off / 1 = On
If the temperature sensors for the water in-
let and water return are deactivated (value
"0"), the display is greyed out and re-
placed by "--" in both the graphical display
on the Web interface and on the optional
display with touch function. In the tree
structure, the temperature values are set
to "0".
If there are customer-specific control com-
ponents connected upstream of the Liquid
Cooling Package, the water sensors for in-
let and return, the flow meter and the con-
trol valve must be physically removed from
the unit. Otherwise, the internal control
components will continue to be regulated.
