The bezel covers the power button and prevents people from accidentally
switching off the Cascade appliance. The
Power
button is located near the center
of the control panel on the upper-right side of the front of the chassis.
4. Standard Profiler installation
This section describes the hardware and software configuration necessary to
install a Standard Profiler. Refer to Section 3 mounting instructions.
Configuration information
When you configure the Profiler, you will be asked to provide configuration
information. Information that is required to complete the installation is listed in
the table that follows with an asterisk (*). Items not marked with an asterisk are
optional during installation and can be specified afterwards on the Profiler
Configuration
General Settings
page if necessary.
It may be useful to write the configuration values in the blank column of the table
so that you can refer to them during the configuration step or afterward.

The settings of the switch port or hub that the Profiler management
port connects to. (Auto-negotiate is recommended if there will be no
NAS on the management network.)

Applies only if Profiler is being synchronized to an external NTP
server. Enter one or more addresses as a comma-separated list.
