16.1 Se

uence of Operation
1. T

rn the thermostat

p. When the thermostat
calls for heat, the p

ill start immediately.
After a short period, the b

ill begin their
ignition seq

ence. Sparking

ill begin at the
electrodes and the gas
v
al
v
e
w
ill be energized
45 seconds later.
2. The flame
w
ill be sensed by the flame sensing
rod and the electrode is de-energized.
3. If a flame is detected, the gas
v
al
v
e
remains open. When the call for heat is
satisfied, the b
u
rner sh
u
ts off. On CRV-Series
systems eq
u
ipped
w
ith the optional ROBERTS
GORDON
®
System Control, or ROBERTS
GORDON

ULTRAVAC

4. If no flame is detected, the mod
