Mark all

ires connected to the VFD, noting the ter-
minals that they are sec

red to. Remo

e all

ires
from the VFD terminals.
Remo
v
e the VFD from its mo
u
nting plate by remo

ing the fo

ring scre

s.
Verify that the inp
u
t
v
oltage noted on the rating plate
of the VFD matches the inp
u
t
v
oltage of the old VFD.
Sec

re the ne

VFD to the mo

nting plate

ith the

r scre

s. Ret

rn all
w
ires to the correct VFD ter-
minals. If possible, it may be easier to partially re-
w
ire the ne
w
VFD before mo
u
nting it to the mo
u
nting
plate.

se. Remo

the old f

se and insert a ne

se. Verify the correct
f
u
se rating, 25 A for 1 HP 120 V VFD or 2 HP 230 V
VFD, 10 A for the.75 HP 230 V VFD, 1 HP 460 V VFD
and 2 HP 460 V VFD. Close the f
u
se holder. Ret
u
rn

er to the VFD assembly and

erify that the VFD
LCD screen is on. (dashes displayed). Close the
VFD assembly door.
