Set a lower heat temperature
and/or a higher cooling
temperature. Review manual on
setting temperatures.
Heat Cool System set to Heat
Pump Mode.
Installer setting incorrect – call
for service.
Fan set to Fan ON mode.
Change fan mode to Auto.
Wrench Symbol
flashes on LCD.
Installer has left the thermostat
in Commissioning mode.
Contact your installer and
request Commissioning mode be
disabled.
Emergency Heat
or E.Heating is
shown on LCD
without manually
selecting it.
This is not a fault.
Your installer has set your
thermostat to automatically use
Emergency / Auxiliary Heating
if the outside air temperature is
very low.
Some buttons
do not appear to
operate. Padlock
is show on LCD.
Keyboard lock is ON.
