Maintenance

Note

: Before cleaning, disconnect the rangehood from the power supply.

Regular Cleaning

Use a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm, mildly soapy water to wipe the surface clean. Never use metal pads,

chemicals, abrasive materials or stiff brushes to clean the rangehood.

Monthly Cleaning – Grease Filter

Essential

: Clean the filter every month to prevent the risk of fire.

The filter collects grease, smoke and dust, therefore the filter directly affects the efficiency of the rangehood. If not

cleaned, the grease residue (potentially flammable) will saturate the filter. Clean it with household cleaning

detergent.

Annual Cleaning – Activated Carbon Filter

Applicable only to units installed in the recycling mode (not vented outside). This filter traps odours and must be

replaced at least once a year, depending on how frequently the rangehood is used.

Bulb Replacement

1.

Switch off the unit and unplug from the wall.

2.

Remove the filters.

3.

Remove and disconnect the old bulb and replace with an identical one (LED 2W MAX).

4.

Replace the filters.
