Connect the low voltage cable of the
Perimeter Switch to the indoor power supply,
as shown in figure 1.42 and connect the
Indoor power supply to a regular household
receptacle 230 Volts AC;

The Power Supply is for indoor use only, thus
place it in a dry location, which is well
ventilated (do not cover it with plastic bag); be
sure the power supply and the connection to
the low voltage cable are in a dry place and
not exposed to water and rain.

Press the
‘ON’
button. A small flashing green light next to the
‘ON’
button indicates that the
system is on and functioning properly. The Perimeter Switch also has indicators for a
disconnected/broken perimeter wire and for
poor wire splicing

The Perimeter Switch has an automatic shutoff feature, eliminating the need for you to turn it off
after each use. It will shut itself off after 12 hours of operation. You may manually turn the
perimeter switch off by pressing the ‘
ON
’ button continuously for 3 seconds. A beep will be heard
after the three seconds, indicating you may release the button and the switch is off.

Test the perimeter wire setup by choosing the ‘
Wire position’
menu as shown in figure 1.44.
Robomow will follow the wire, while the mowing motor is switched off to prevent any damage to
the perimeter wire after the initial setup; Walk along the side of the Robomow while it is following
the edge until completing one loop of the perimeter without striking any object; If Robomow
collides in obstacle, it stops and drives back to allow you adjusting the wire position.
