3.5. PNEUMATIC DEVICE DESCRIPTION
The figure shows the positioning of the devices on board of the machine.
1)
Tap: to eliminate the pneumatic pressure inside the machine.
2)
Reducing valve with filter and manometer: this is needed to regulate the system’s general pressure.
Turn knob to change the pressure values indicated on the pressure gauge.
3)
Solenoid valves bank:

Solenoid valve: To eliminate the pneumatic pressure inside the machine in case of an emergency
Stop.
‒
Solenoid valve: activates the up/down bridge lift actuator.
‒
Solenoid valve: activates the bridge lift brake actuator.
‒
Solenoid valve: activates the "stopper" device actuator.
‒
Solenoid valve: activates the tape opening/closure actuator.
‒
Solenoid valve: activates the tape brake actuator.
4)
Solenoid valves bank:

Solenoid valve: activates the side pressers actuator.
‒
Solenoid valve: activates the flap closure device actuator.
5)
Reducing valve of the pneumatic cylinder flap closure.
6)
Reducing valve of the pneumatic cylinder of the side guides.
7)
Reducing valve of the pneumatic cylinder of the bridge lift.
