editing the excel file, please modify the file name of the excel into question.xls or question.xlsx. Please do not change the suffix of the file. For example, if the file is
named question.xls, do not change it into question.xlsx at the time of renaming it. Then copy the file into the root directory of your USB flash disk.
Import them into the robot and reboot it: plug the USB flash disk into the USB interface in the robot, open the Custom Questions and Answers App, and click the
Import File on the interface. After a prompt showing successful import, reboot the robot. Wait for about one minute before the custom questions and answers are
available.
Q: What if the pictures projected from the projector are askew or unclear?
A: Refer to the following possible:
If the shape of the projecting pictures is not rectangle, you can move the robot or its head angle as well as using “Keystone correction” to adjust it.
If the projecting pictures are unclear, you can dim the indoor light, adjust the position of the robot or use “Image settings” to adjust the pictures.
If there is double image and the pictures are still not good enough after using the above-mentioned means, you can dim the indoor light and then control phase and
optic axis through “Definition Settings”. According to screen prompts, click the “+” or “-” button and make the lines projected on the wall or the roof coincide.
Q: How to upgrade locally if there is badly in need of upgrade under the poor network condition?
A: Please contact with the after-sales service to get the software upgrade package. Store the package in the USB flash disk. Plug the flash disk into the USB interface in
the robot, click the “Upgrade” APP, click “Solutions” and then “Upgrade Locally”, click “System upgrade package”\ “Head upgrade package”\ “Bottom upgrade package”
before a file list pops up, and then click the software package to upgrade the robot’s system software, head SCM and bottom SCM program respectively.

A: Log in your mobile APP Q-Link, click “Me”, and select “Intelligent Community” to access the forum for guidance documents such as the newest quick guide, user’s
manual, software operation guide in PPT version. Or you can directly contact with the after-sales service staff to get those materials.
