Units  are  shipped  with three 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) gaskets

Panels  thicker  than 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) must be counterbored 

to 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) thickness.

1. Remove lens mounting ring and knob or knob lever assembly.

2. Remove lamp by inserting the lens removal tool onto the lamp, 

     push down and rotate counter clockwise. Pull out the lamp.

3. Install a new lamp of the correct number. Refer to nameplate for 

     lamp number . Push lamp into socket using the lamp tool. 

     (Cat. No.: 800F-ALR1)

Rotate clockwise and pull lamp tool out once the lamp is retained.

4. Reinstall the lens assembly by placing the assembly over the shaft.

NOTE:

  The shaft has a projection which should line up to the knob 

indicator. Thread the lens mounting ring onto the bushing 

once the knob is seated on the shaft.

An operator may be used with 1 or 2 of the contact blocks listed in Table 2, except as noted. Multiple contact blocks 

must be mounted in tandem and may be in various combinations, two blocks maximum.
