2. Machine type(s)
• This wheel dolly serves to support during mounting and/or removal of a truck wheel.No other use permitted. For professional use only.
• The dolly is not to be used for transporting wheels over a long distance.
• Please read the instructions carefully before starting the machine.
3. Mounting instruction
WARNING
Visually inspect all components for any missing parts or damage.
• Assemble the foots on the frame.( Fig.03).
• Assemble the back wheels.(Fig.04).
• Assemble the pump.(Fig.05).
• Assemble the rollers.(Fig.06).
• Assemble the chain and the handle.(Fig.07).

Caution
Working area of 1 m must be kept free both in front of and behind the machine while it is in operation so that it is always
easily accessible.
4. Operation
WARNING
NEVER USE THIS WHEEL DOLLY ON UNSUITABLE WHEEL. Check wheel type, wheel weight, wheel diameter and
wheel width, etc. Make sure that these parameters are in the range of this wheel dolly’s capacity.
WARNING
Check the wheel dolly and make sure the Rollers are in lowest position.
WARNING
Position the vehicle on a suitable rigid horizontal floor, applying the break.
WARNING
Jack up the axle of the wheel to be dismantled with a suitable trolley jack. Secure the vehicle with TWO axle stands.
4.1 Using the wheel dolly to remove a wheel
WARNING
NEVER lift the vehicle too high. The height that can make rollers fully under the wheels is enough.
• Adjust the Rollers to fit the wheel width by using Roller handle.
• Push the wheel dolly under the wheel so that Rollers are positioned under two sides of the wheel and MAKE SURE WHEEL CLOSE TO
LIFTING FRAME .
WARNING
NEVER IMPACT VEHICLE. Tilting is very dangerous.
• SLOWLY lift the rollers to wheel by pump handle or pedal. JUST SUPPORT the wheel enough for dismantling operation.
WARNING
DO NOT lift the vehicle by lifting wheel.
WARNING
ALWAYS lock the wheel on wheel dolly by using chain through wheel’s rim.
• Loosen the screw of wheel and make the wheel stand on the rollers.
WARNING
Before moving the wheel, assure that the wheel is centered and locked by chain.
• SLOWLY remove the wheel from vehicle by pulling the wheel dolly.
• SLOWLY lower the wheel to lowest position by operating the release knob .
