Diamond Blade Dressing
●
Diamond Blades performs best when they
are dressed. After time and use, diamonds
on the outer edge of the blade might beco-
me glazed or dull.
●
This will reduce cutting efficiency and pos-
sibly cause the blade to bend.As a result
the cut will not be straight and mis-aligned.
●
When this occurs, the blade needs to be
dressed. The Diamond Blade can be
dressed with a Dressing Stick.
Dressing procedure(s):
●
Place a Dressing Stick on the Saw table
●
Make approx. 10 cuts through the
Dressing Stick
The Diamond Blade should be sharp again and
ready for efficient cutting.
